Three experienced marketers.
One shared belief.
Fruit Marketing began over coffee and fruit tea (naturally) in Devon, where three experienced marketers realised they shared the same belief:
Growing businesses don’t need more marketing. They need better marketing support.
Marketing support that feels like part of the business.
Strategic enough to shape direction.
Practical enough to help make it happen.
Personal enough to build relationships that last.
We built Fruit Marketing around that belief.
Because the best marketing isn’t about chasing quick wins. It’s about planting the right ideas, giving them time to ripen and creating the perfect conditions for businesses to grow and thrive.
Today, we partner with ambitious businesses across a wide range of sectors, bringing together strategic thinking, practical delivery and specialist expertise to help them move forward with confidence.
We take our work seriously, but we also believe the best partnerships are built on trust, honesty and enjoying the process together.
The story behind Fruit
We’ve always believed good marketing starts with understanding the business behind it.
Before we recommend a campaign, channel or piece of technology, we take the time to understand your ambitions, your challenges and where you want your business to go.
Only then do we know where marketing can make the biggest difference.
Our role is to help you make better marketing decisions, bringing clarity to where you should focus your time, energy and investment.
It’s never marketing for marketing’s sake. Every recommendation should have a purpose. Every activity should help move your business forward.
Built around your business
Every business needs something different.
Some need someone to lead their marketing function.
Some need experienced support to strengthen an existing team.
Others simply need an independent perspective before deciding what comes next.
Rather than forcing businesses into fixed packages, we build the right level of support around your business, bringing together strategic thinking, practical delivery and specialist expertise when it’s needed most.
Relationships matter
The best marketing happens when people work together.
We don’t see ourselves as an external supplier. We become part of your team, taking the time to understand your business, challenge your thinking when it’s helpful and celebrate the wins along the way.
We’re curious by nature, practical in our approach and genuinely enjoy solving problems. We believe the best relationships are built on integrity, empathy, dependability and a shared commitment to achieving the right outcomes.
When we work together, your goals become our goals – and our only measure of success is yours.

Today, she uses that experience to help ambitious SMEs develop stronger brands, create meaningful customer connections and build sustainable growth. Known for her energy, creativity and ability to bring people together, Jo loves spotting opportunities and turning ideas into action.
Outside Fruit, you’ll usually find her jumping waves with the kids, exploring the Devon coastline or getting muddy with her faithful four-legged friend.

She specialises in helping businesses make sense of their marketing performance, turning data into insight and ensuring systems work together to support better decision-making.
Curious, analytical and a natural problem solver, Rachel combines strategic thinking with practical implementation.
Outside work, she’s travelled extensively across Thailand, India and Indonesia in search of remote beaches, great food and new experiences. She’s just as keen exploring the UK, having recently ticked off all the Tors on her Dartmoor scratch map!
